The method expressed is capable of maximum matching for intelligent parking assist to identify Iranian plate using background subtraction, Application of the proposed algorithm in the intelligent system identification plate like all car parking, streets, roads, toll, traffic and highways of accurate and comprehensive information to vehicle control and recording of traffic it is used.
This algorithm able to handle of multiple inputs and outputs and record them on arrival and departure containing plaque is dedicated to intelligent systems with high traffic. In this paper to find the location of license plates in any frame, as a new method, first we detect the moving vehicles with a background extraction algorithm. After detecting the moving vehicles, using morphological techniques and histogram and area properties, the location of license plates are extracted. This algorithm has ability to work in a variety of traffic and environmental conditions can be achieved. Simulation and output images show the proposed algorithm is of high quality. Simulation results illustrate the high accuracy of the proposed method.
